For the successful Fitter our client is offering:

Hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, which rises in line with skills being picked up & signed off
Working 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, early finish Fridays of 3pm - FLEXIBILITY is a must, due to start & finish times with working in multiple locations
Temporary - Permanent position
Free parking
Ongoing product training
Overtime opportunities are available once Permanent at Premium rate

The Role - Fitter:

Use of hand and power tools on a daily basis
Assembling a variety of components to vehicles
Fitting shelving / wiring/ racking / towbars / lighting etc
Working from drawings
Ensuring all products are being installed to correct standards
Travelling to customers across the UK
Carrying out suitable repairs to products on site
This is a physical role, and can involve working in varying Weather conditions

What our client is looking for in a Fitter:

Full Clean UK Driving License with own Car - ESSENTIAL
Our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience within some of the following areas: Assembly, Carpentry, Joinery, Mechanical Assembly, Mechanics, Fitting etc.
It's ESSENTIAL that you're flexible with Start & Finish times as you will be working in a variety of locations

Working from engineering drawings
Use of hand/power tools to assemble products
Working within a team to build equipment
Fitting & Installation of equipment at customer premises, including worldwide travel when required
Use of machinery within the workshop
This position could involve travelling up to 2/3 times a year (Usually 2 weeks at a time)
Providing guidance to Junior members of the team

What our client is looking for in a Mechanical Fitter;

Able to demonstrate Mechanical Fitting experience - ESSENTIAL
C&G qualification in Engineering or apprentice trained - Desirable
Ability to work away from home as there will be Worldwide travel involved, however this is minimal at the moment
Full UK Licence & Passport - ESSENTIAL
Ability to read from drawings
Someone mechanically minded, good with hand and power tools

The Role - Warehouse Operative;

Packing
Palletising
Unboxing products
Heavy lifting up to 20kg
Quality checking
Deal with any rejects from the production lines
Following food and hygiene regulations on site
Working with a team of around 6-8 people
Supervise the correct running of the various machines ensuring quality finished product.
Correctly daily/weekly cleaning documents

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative;

Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
Reach or Counterbalance Forklift licence- DESIRABLE
