FLT Bendi Driver

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading distribution company in their search for a FLT Bendi Driver to work in their facility in Telford

 For the successful FLT Bendi Driver our client is offering:

• £13.56 per hour
• 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM - Monday to Friday
• Temp-perm 
• Plenty of overtime available after 39 hours are worked (Time and a third in the week, Time and a half on Saturdays and Double time on Sundays!)
• Free parking - Our client is accessible via public transport

The role - FLT Bendi Driver:

• Working in the Despatch area, preparing of products to be dispatched
• Counterbalance Driving 
• Labelling of products
• Printing labels from the Computer
• Manual handling
• Use of a warehouse management system 
• Use of handheld scanners 
• Lifting boxes within the Dispatch area
• Walking 20,000 - 25,000 steps per shift, pulling a Pump truck
• Picking

What our client is looking for in a FLT Bendi Driver:

• Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• FLT Counterbalance and Bendi Licences- ESSENTIAL 
• Must be happy with heavy lifting 
• Proven experience in a despatch environment - ESSENTIAL 
• Experience using a warehouse management system- ESSENTIAL 
• Must have picking and packing experience- ESSENTIAL
• Must have good numeracy skills- ESSENTIAL 
• Must be happy with working within a fast paced warehouse environment.
