Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Automation in their search for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work in their leading facility in Telford

For the successful Manufacturing Supervisor our client is offering:
  • Competitive annual salary paying up to £36,000 - Depending on experience
  • DAYS based role 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Permanent position
  • 20 Days holiday + bank holidays - Rising to 25 Days holiday after 12 months service

The Role - Manufacturing Supervisor:
  • Responsible for leading & motivating a team of 5 / 6 Electrical staff (Wirers / Fitters) on a daily basis
  • Allocating workload out to staff
  • Reporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basis
  • Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
  • Continuous improvement
  • Mentoring staff 
  • Involved in relevant disciplinary procedures if necessary
  • Travelling to customers worldwide to oversee staff installing the companies products - Occasionally 
  • Being hands on and involved in the building/installation of Projects
What our client is looking for in a Manufacturing Supervisor:
  • Our client is looking for somebody who possesses Mechanical or Electrical experience and has Supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lead & Motivate a team
  • iv. Possess suitable Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
  • Able to work away and oversee projects - ESSENTIAL
  • Full UK Licence - ESSENTIAL
