For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

  • Starting pay rate of £12.71 per hour
  • 8.00AM - 16.30PM Monday to Thursday, 15.30PM finish Friday
  • Free parking
  • Temp - Perm position
  • Immediate interview/start for the suitable candidate

The Role - Production Operative:

  • Preparing materials
  • Hands-on production role
  • Working in a team of 2
  • Prepping and bonding materials
  • Use of a Ruler/Tape Measure
  • Ensuring accurate measurements
  • Bonding of rubber together
  • Daily use of hand tools 
  • Manual handling
  • Meeting daily production targets
  • Completing relevant paperwork

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

  • Previous manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within the Plastics/Rubber industry - PREFERRED

  • Must be very flexible to perform various duties around the shopfloor
  • Must be punctual & reliable
  • Demonstrate experience in a engineering/mechanics/manufacturing based environment with an understanding of the importance of safety in the workplace
