Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant, or do you have a strong B2B sales background If so we are interested in speaking to you. If not, keep an eye out for Graduate and Trainee roles.

At Recruit4staff, we combine modern AI-driven tools with a relationship-led approach to recruitment. Backed by a centralised resourcing team, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best — building client relationships, winning business and placing candidates — without being bogged down in admin.

This means MORE PLACEMENTS, BETTER RESULTS AND HIGHER EARNINGS FROM DAY ONE.

What you’ll get

The role

Run and grow your own recruitment desk
WIN NEW BUSINESS AND DEVELOP CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Deliver a consultative, high-quality recruitment service
Work closely with our internal Talent Acquisition team to fill roles quickly
Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Use recruitment tech and AI tools to maximise performance
Stay ahead of market trends and identify growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
Organised, driven and commercially aware
Able to manage multiple processes at once
Comfortable using CRM systems and recruitment technology
Full UK driving licence
