Transport Coordinator

For the successful Transport Coordinator our client is offering:

• Competitive annual salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience
• 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

The Role - Transport Coordinator:

• Working alongside the Transport Manager 
• Planning routes
• Scheduling of deliveries
• Tracking of materials / products through the supply chain
• Liaising with other departments internally (Drivers / Warehouse)
• Taking responsibility for all aspects of UK & European outbound transport
• Organising proof of delivery
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
• Answering calls, resolving queries
• Ensure all vehicles are well maintained

What our client is looking for in a Transport Coordinator:

• We are looking for somebody who has worked in a Transport environment previously - Essential
• Strong route planning knowledge
• Able to prioritise workload accordingly
• Good Microsoft Office skills
