Recruit4staff are representing a well-established engineering and fabrication business in their search for a Fabricator Welder to work in Widnes

Job Details:

  • Pay: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (Overtime available at enhanced rates)
  • Hours of Work: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Duration: Long term temporary role
  • Benefits: Overtime available at enhanced rates
Job Role: As a Fabricator Welder, you will join a busy fabrication workshop producing a wide variety of architectural and structural steelwork projects. The Fabricator Welder will work from engineering drawings and client specifications to manufacture high-quality staircases, handrails, guards and structural steel components. The role also involves MIG welding architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork while maintaining excellent quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Ability to fabricate steel components from engineering drawings
  • MIG welding experience
  • C&G / NVQ in Fabrication & Welding or similar trade qualification
  • Previous experience as a Fabricator Welder within a fabrication environment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • CCNSG Card
  • Experience producing architectural metalwork and structural steelwork
