Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Environmental Services business in their search for a Client Service Advisor to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

  • Pay: £27,000 per annum (negotiable DOE)
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Free parking, standard pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
Job Role: As a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while managing client enquiries, escalations and contract discussions. The Client Service Advisor will handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails, resolve issues efficiently, renegotiate contracts where required, maintain accurate system records and ensure customers receive a professional service at all times.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within an office environment
  • Proven success in a customer-facing or client-facing role
  • Experience handling escalations and complaints
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to update and maintain CRM or internal systems accurately
  • The successful Client Service Advisor will be confident dealing with customers and managing challenging situations professionally

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Previous experience dealing with customer cancellations
  • Background in customer retention or account management
  • Experience within a service-based environment
  • An experienced Client Service Advisor with retention-focused experience would be highly desirable
