Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for a Customer Service Manager to work based at their depot in Wrexham

For the successful Customer Service Manager our client is offering:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE 
  • 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Free parking on-site
The role - Customer Service Manager:
  • Effectively managing a team of Customer Service Executives 
  • Training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives
  • Deal with incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally
  • Ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner
  • Co-operate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Manager:
  • 3+ years experience in a Customer Service Management role - ESSENTIAL
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry
  • The ability to remain patient and calm during stressful situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate when required
