Job Details:

  • Pay: £25,500 to £30,000 (Standard pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays)
  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Duration: Contract (FTC – 12/14 Month Contract)
  • Benefits: Standard pension, 20 days plus bank holidays
Job Role: The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for supporting the engineering function through effective stock control, system management, and scheduling of maintenance activities. The Engineering Administrator will carry out daily checks of stores and stock levels, ensuring all parts and spares are accurately logged and issued. This Engineering Administrator role also involves managing engineering budgets, maintaining organised storage areas, and supporting the development of the CMMS system to ensure compliance. The Engineering Administrator will input and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, generate reports, and analyse KPIs to support operational performance.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience using CMMS or ERP systems
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Previous experience within stores or facilities management
Additional Information
  • Fixed-term contract for 12–14 months
  • Office-based role supporting engineering operations
