Recruit4staff are representing an established waste management business in their search for a HGV Driver to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

  • Pay: £15.72 per hour.
  • Hours of Work: 6:30am - 3:00pm
  • Opportunity to work every other Saturday from 6:00am - 12:00pm 
  • Duration: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
  • Benefits: Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard rate
Job Role: As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for driving between sites and collecting skips from local locations using hook-lift equipment. The HGV Driver will complete scheduled collections and deliveries, follow planned routes and communicate any delays or operational issues as required.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • HGV Class 1 / CE1 licence required for this HGV Driver position
  • Previous experience operating hook-loader or skip vehicles
  • Ability to complete scheduled collections and deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Good communication skills to report delays or issues while completing routes

Commutable From: Wrexham, Oswestry, Chirk, Chester and Holt. This HGV Driver opportunity may suit candidates based in these surrounding areas.
