Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Warehouse Operative to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

  • Pay: £13.72 per hour
  • Hours of Work: 8am–4pm / 12:30pm–8:30pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required to join a Sunday rota once trained)
  • Duration: Temp to Perm 
Job Role: The successful Warehouse Operative will be working from order sheets to accurately pick small glass lenses. Duties of the Warehouse Operative include working closely with the despatch team to pack orders and ensure they are dispatched on time. The Warehouse Operative will also be required to load and unload delivery vans when needed and support the general warehouse operation.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous order processing or order picking experience
  • Experience working in a role that requires being on your feet all day
  • Good attention to detail

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or production experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
  • Flexibility required to join a Sunday rota once fully trained
  • Temp to perm opportunity with long-term prospects

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Happy undertaking all aspects of warehouse and production work
  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Previous production experience
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with batch production processes
Additional Information
  • Temp to perm opportunity after successful completion of 12 weeks

For the successful Panel Wirer our client is offering:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour
  • Days based role - 7:45am-4:30pm with a 1pm finish on Fridays - 38.25 hours per week
  • Temporary position - Initially around 1 month but could extend
