Recruit4staff are representing a well-established grounds maintenance contractor business in their search for a Ground Maintenance to work in Worcester

Job Details:

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 3:00pm
Duration: Temporary (12 weeks)

Job Role: The Ground Maintenance role involves maintaining outdoor spaces to ensure they remain tidy, safe, and visually appealing. The successful Ground Maintenance operative will carry out routine landscaping tasks across multiple sites, maintaining lawns, gardens, and communal outdoor areas to a high standard. Duties include mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, and assisting with transporting equipment and team members between sites.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
DBS check required
Experience working in a Ground Maintenance role or similar outdoor environment

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Towing licence – desirable for the Ground Maintenance role

Additional Information

Work carried out across multiple locations
The Ground Maintenance team may be required to travel between sites during the working day
