Street Scene Supervisor

For the successful Street Scene Supervisor our client is offering:

• £16.65 per hour   
• Monday - Friday days (09:00 - 17:30)
• Temporary  position

The role - Street Scene Supervisor:

• Supervising a team that contributes to keeping the city tidy
• Planning capacity, ability and work schedules
• Providing effective communication with front line teams
• Managing customer relations and expectations
• Providing professional leadership to the team, developing and managing staff

What our client is looking for in a Street Scene Supervisor:

• Experience of line management in an operations environment - ESSENTIAL
• Demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure - ESSENTIAL
• An ability to exercise professional judgement and discretion - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when operations demand - ESSENTIAL
• Good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills, able to produce reports and use- ESSENTIAL
• applications such as Microsoft Office - ESSENTIAL
• Driving licence - ESSENTIAL
