• Ability to identify machinery and component defects and accurately record maintenance information using CMMS/PMS systems

Recruit4staff are representing an established manufacturing business in their search for a General Operative to work in Ellesmere Port

Job Details:

• Pay: £13.00 per hour
• Overtime is paid at x1.5 of basic pay
• Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (39 hours per week)
• Duration: Temp to Perm

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a General Operative within a workshop environment would be beneficial
• Physically fit and capable of completing manual handling tasks
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions
• Confident using hand and power tools

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar engineering or manufacturing role
• City & Guilds qualification in Fabrication, an engineering discipline, or equivalent
• MIG welding course
• FLT licence

• The successful General Operative will work in a brand-new, refurbished workshop
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
