For the successful Refuse Collectors our client is offering:

£12.85 per hour
Monday - Friday days
Temporary on-going position
Immediate inductions available

The role - Refuse Collectors:

Attaching domestic waste bins onto lorries for them to be emptied
Separating out recycling into the correct bins
Manual handling of waste bins back to the side of the road
Periods of walking
Some interaction with the general public

What our client is looking for in a Refuse Collectors:

Recycling operatives who are looking for manual work
Flexibility, some Saturday working may be required
Driving licence preferred due to site location
Ability to work safely

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company, in their search for an Maintenance Electrician to work across the North West & Greater Manchester area.

For the successful Maintenance Electrician, our client is offering:

£37,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
40 Hours per week (Day shifts) Overtime available
Permanent Position
Company vehicle and mobile phone/tablet
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Door to Door pay
Attendance bonus

The role – Maintenance Electrician:

Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract.
Completing planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
Completing the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Working on singe phase and 3-phase systems, HVAC and plant room equipment.
Completing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown.
Supervising on-site sub-contractors.

What our client is looking for in an Maintenance Electrician:

Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
Previous experience in FM or building management services
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
Drivers License - Essential
Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Essential
