  • Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, rotating shifts 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
  • Duration: Temp to Perm position

Job Role: As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for running machines to produce packaging for the FMCG industry. Duties include machine minding, loading and unloading machines, ensuring quality standards are met, and performing general housekeeping.

Job Role: As a Cleanroom Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting production within a cleanroom manufacturing environment, working closely with production, operations and quality teams. The Cleanroom Support Technician will carry out preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, prepare tooling to minimise downtime, assist with equipment validation, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures. You will also assist with prototype manufacture, product improvements and operator SOP training while ensuring accurate maintenance records and detailed technical reports are completed.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar manufacturing role involving machine operation and maintenance.
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Good understanding of engineering principles with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications for document management, reporting and data presentation.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
  • Previous experience working within cleanroom environments.
