Job Details:

  • Pay: £24.05 per hour (CIS), with overtime available at enhanced rates depending on the project/job
  • Hours of Work: 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • Duration: Temporary (semi-permanent)
  • Benefits: Free on-site parking and use of a company van for candidates in the Widnes, Runcorn and South Liverpool areas
Job Role: As a Welder, you will work both within a fabrication workshop and on-site, carrying out TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel pipework. The role will also involve some vessel work and provides the opportunity to work across regular shutdowns and varied engineering projects. The successful Welder will need to produce high-quality work while operating safely within workshop and site environments.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • TIG welding experience
  • Previous experience welding stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
  • Experience working as a Welder within fabrication, engineering or similar environments

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Coded TIG Welder
  • C&G/NVQ qualification in Fabrication and Welding
