Recruit4staff are proud to be presenting their client, a leading food-based manufacturer in their search for a Production Operative to work in their modern facility in Bridgnorth.

DUE TO THE LOCATION YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE/ HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORT 

For the successful Production Operative, our client is offering:
  • £13.45 per hour 
  • Monday - Friday 7am to 8pm, company can be flexible to work around the individual to complete 40 hours in these hours
  • Temporary position for at least a couple of months
  • Immediate start
The role: Production Operative:
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean & Tidy
  • Moving Pallets
  • Operating the FLT (Training can be provided)
  • Manual Handling
  • Unpacking glass food products from outer packaging in a timely and efficient manner
What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:
  • Proven experience in a fast paced and/or food based production - Preferred
  • FLT Licence - Preferred 
  • Able to work from using own initiative
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Physically fit
  • Good organisation skills

  • Passion to progress into a higher role in future
  • Be in a good standard of health to be able to work in an upright, repetitive position for the shift duration - ESSENTIAL 
  • Ability to demonstrate agility with hands to assemble small fastening systems - ESSENTIAL
  • Keen eye for detail- ESSENTIAL 
  • Due to site location, own transport is essential
