The Role of the Production Operative

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to maintain consistent quality standards, and a proactive approach to health and safety. You will also need to work effectively as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous fast-paced production experience
  • Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment
  • Good attention to detail 

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment

Job Role: The Production FLT Operative will be responsible for picking and packing products ready for dispatch, operating a Counterbalance FLT, and supporting the production process. Duties will also include manual handling of products, ensuring quality standards are met, and manufacturing water-based timber treatments and paints in line with batch specifications. The successful Warehouse Operative will work across both warehouse and production departments to support day-to-day operations.

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
