Job Role: The successful candidate will work as part of a team undertaking a variety of outdoor horticultural duties. Responsibilities include potting, planting, and pruning trees and shrubs, watering and fertilising plants, monitoring plant health, and carrying out harvesting and packing tasks. You will work in fields or greenhouses in all weather conditions, operate horticultural tools and equipment, and assist with general maintenance of the nursery grounds.
