Monday to Friday, 5 am - 3 pm.

The Role of the Warehouse Operative

Operating a labeller
Use of a metal detector
Packing on a line
Being involved in audits and liaising with visitors
Stock rotation
Administration
Manual handling
Loading and unloading
Working to a strict clean-as-you-go policy

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Operative;

Warehouse experience - ESSENTIAL
A good level of written and verbal English is required
A good work ethic
Flexible
Ability to do manual work and work to tight deadlines
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift upto 25 KG frequently
Must be happy to work in a hot environment

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established fulfilment and distribution business in their search for a Picker/Packer to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours of Work: Weekend working – Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm
Duration: Permanent
Benefits: 28 days holiday pro rata, standard pension

Job Role: The successful Picker/Packer will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch within a busy warehouse environment. Duties for the Picker/Packer will also include completing relevant paperwork, recording information accurately, and carrying out manual handling as part of day-to-day operations.

Job Details:

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 5.30 pm–8.30 pm, 15 hours per week

Job Role: The Part Time Packer will support the evening packing operation, ensuring orders are picked, packed and prepared for despatch accurately and efficiently. As a Part Time Packer, you will work closely with the despatch team to make sure all orders are sent out on time and to a high standard. The Part Time Packer will also assist with loading and unloading vans when required, helping maintain smooth warehouse operations during busy evening periods.

Previous order processing or order picking experience
Experience working in a role that requires being on your feet for long periods
Ability to work efficiently as a part-time packer within a fast-paced warehouse environment
