The Role - Recruitment Consultant:

  • Being part of a team that develops your client portfolio through a mixture of Business Development and New Business Sales.
  • Providing a consultative approach to support our clients.
  • Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
  • Working collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that your roles are recruited for in an effective manner.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations.

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team due to securing two significant contracts in the Telford area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of business-related issues. This will involve assessing client needs, developing strategies, and delivering solutions that achieve business objectives. In addition, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Compensation:

  • £26-£34k Basic Salary DOE

The role - Payroll Officer:

  • Managing the Time & Attendance system in order to submit information to the Payroll providers
  • Liaising with Managers ensuring all Time & Attendance information is correct
  • Reviewing the Time & Attendance system for any mistakes / anomalies prior completing schedules for the Payroll provider
  • Managing absence information in SSP rules / rates & the companies sick pay rules 
  • Referring any issues back to managers and try to prevent these re occuring
