Recruit4staff is looking for our next Account Manager to join our growing team in Telford due to securing another significant contract. You will be recruiting for a range of positions from Production Operatives to specialist Engineering roles and Senior Management Appointments.

This role would suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to expand their knowledge base to encompass all of the different types of Recruitment that would take place at an Engineering orientated Manufacturing business.

For the successful Account Manager, we are offering:

  • £26-32k Basic Salary DOE
  • Monday to Friday 8 am-5.30 pm

The Role of an Account Manager 

  • Interviewing candidates over teams and face to face
  • Supporting the onsite HR function with Skilled and Senior Appointment
  • Arranging Inductions and completing compliance checks for temporary staff
  • Completing Performance meetings with clients/candidates 
  • Attending stakeholder meetings with the client
  • Liaising with our in-house Resourcing team to ensure that we are fulfilling the client's requirements 
  • You will be required to work both in our office in Telford and also onsite

What we are looking for in an Account Manager

  • A highly motivated individual with previous Account Management experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve 
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills
  • Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for an Electrical Assembler to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

For the successful Electrical Assembler, our client is offering:

  • Up to £14.50per hour/ £30,160 per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm.
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Productivity Bonus-
  • 22 days paid Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Annual Christmas shutdown period – 2 weeks
  • Contributory pension scheme

The Role – Electrical Assembler:

  • First fix installations
  • Second fix installations
  • Ensuring PODS are to the correct tolerances meeting standards and specifications.
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/SOP’s.

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Assembler.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role in manufacturing environment- ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies- ESSENTIAL
  • Final commissioning experience- ESSSENTIAL
  • 17th edition- ADVANTAGEOUS
  • 18th edition- ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Test and inspection- DESIRABLE
  • Ability to read and interpret drawing- ESSENTIAL.
