What our client is looking for in a Vehicle Body Builder:

• Our client is looking for someone with Body building / Vehicle building experience
• Our client is looking for somebody with a Mechanical Aptitude/Mechanical Assembly experience- ESSENTIAL
• Ability to use hand & power tools
• Experience in working from drawings
• This role would suit somebody who enjoys working around Cars/Vehicles/Commercial Vehicles 
• Ideally you'll be able to weld but this is a minimal aspect of the role

For the successful General Operative our client is offering:

• Competitive starting rate paying up to £13.50 (£27,378)
• Days - 7am - 4pm with a 12pm finish on Fridays

The Role - General Operative:

• Ensuring that shopfloor is clean, safe & tidy
• Assembly
• Packing of items 
• Storing tools away
• General housekeeping 
• Bringing kits out for the team on the shopfloor
• Helping out in various sections of the shopfloor
• Reporting into the Production Manager

What our client is looking for in a General Operative:

• Able to use hand & power tools
• Must be very flexible to perform various duties around the shopfloor
• Must be punctual & reliable
• Demonstrate experience in a engineering/mechanics/manufacturing based environment with an understanding of the importance of safety in the workplace
