Job Role: The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for maintaining food safety and quality standards across the site. This includes carrying out daily factory inspections, managing line changeovers, completing swabbing activities, and verifying production checks. The Quality Assurance Technician will also oversee product sampling for external laboratory testing, including taste panels and End-of-Line assessments.

In addition, the Quality Assurance Technician will provide training and competency assessments on Critical Control Points (CCP), update and review Product Information Sheets, Quality Attribute Sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complete process control verification activities such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA) testing.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a food manufacturing and/or quality assurance environment.
  • Ability to perform the full duties expected of a Quality Assurance Technician in a fast-paced production environment
