Recruit4staff are representing a well-established packaging business in their search for a Dispatch Operative to work in Greenford

Job Details:

  • Pay: £28,000 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Standard pension, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance (1 year's salary)
Job Role: The Despatch Operative will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods within a manufacturing environment. Duties include operating forklifts, managing incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products, arranging transport for deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality procedures.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Despatch Operative
  • Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • FLT Counterbalance Licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • FLT Reach Licence
