The role –Quality Assurance Technician :

  • Perform daily factory inspections, including line changeovers, swabbing, and production checks verification.
  • Facilitate product sampling and external laboratory testing, including taste panels and End-of-Line (EOL) assessments.
  • Provide training and competency assessments on Critical Control Points (CCP) and QMS policies and procedures
  • Update, review, and train staff on Product Information Sheets, Quality Attributes Sheets, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform process control verification, such as Free Fatty Acid (FFA) tests
