For the successful Product Manager (Australasia), our client is offering

  • Competitive Salary
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week
  • Permanent contract

The Role – Product Manager (Australasia):

  • Take full responsibility for negotiating market-leading rates, exclusive offers, and availability with suppliers.
  • Oversee the commercial performance of designated destinations and product lines.
  • Create and implement product strategy based on market research, competitor analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across various product types and international destinations.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance supplier connectivity and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements for all products and suppliers.
  • Secure and manage marketing funding opportunities with suppliers.
  • Support sales teams with relevant product training and knowledge sharing.

What our client is looking for in a Product Manager (Australasia):

  • Previous experience in a product or purchasing role within the travel industry focusing on Australasia – ESSENTIAL
  • Strong knowledge of the online travel sector and supplier connectivity technology – ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing workloads to tight deadlines
  • Confident decision-maker with a flexible and collaborative approach

For the successful Cruise Product Executive our client is offering:

  • Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
  • Permanent Position
  • Benefits: Commission, Pension, 22 Days Holiday rising 1 day per year (up to 25), Enhanced Pension, Maternity & Paternity, Social Events, Employee Discounts, Life Insurance 

The role - Cruise Product Executive :-

  • Assist the Senior Cruise Development Manager in securing competitive rates, exclusive deals, and availability with cruise suppliers
  • Support the business driving forward the product range
  • Develop focus on premium cruise lines (5 and 6 stars) and river cruises
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and product performance analysis
  • Maintain strong relationships with a global network of cruise suppliers
  • Oversee product loading accuracy in booking systems
  • Monitor pricing competitiveness and engage suppliers for rate adjustments
  • Ensure all suppliers meet Health and Safety compliance standards
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge and training

What our client is looking for in a Cruise Product Executive : -

  • Experience in a product role, including researching and choosing products or services to offer, and working with suppliers to agree on prices and availability - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working within the travel industry - ESSENTIAL
  • Background in the cruise sector, especially in product development, purchasing, or sales roles at a UK-based tour operator - DESIRABLE
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Manage a diverse range of duties at one time
