The role of Despatch Manager:
  • As a Despatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the despatch operations and managing a team of Supervisors and Despatch Operatives across multiple shift patterns.
  • Your role will involve ensuring the smooth flow of goods out of the facility, maintaining accurate stock levels, meeting challenging Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and following differing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per client.
  • You'll act as the key point of contact for your team and our internal Client Account Managers.
  • Responsible for team leadership, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and optimising and training processes that will help maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • This position requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maybe required at times to work evening shifts or the weekends.

The Role – Warehouse / Stores Coordinator:

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse/Stores Coordinator to join their well-established team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of both incoming and outgoing goods and materials throughout the facility, as well as controlling the stock of items within the stores.
  • All items and transactions are logged within a bespoke management system, which is also used to create and complete all necessary documentation.

For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:

  • Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.01 Per Hour
  • 3 shift patterns available:
  • Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm (12.71ph) 
  • Monday - Friday Days 6am - 6pm (£12.96ph)
  • Monday - Thursday Nights 6pm - 6am (£14.01 per hour)
  • Temp to Perm
  • Immediate inductions available
  • Free parking on site
  • Every weekend of

The Role - FLT Driver:

  • Loading and unloading of a wide variety of materials
  • Moving goods from one place to another
  • Performing daily maintenance and safety checks
  • Maintaining a clean, unobstructed work area, and report any health or safety issues to supervisors
  • Handballing and other warehouse duties
  • Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.

What we are looking for in a FLT Driver:

  • Previous experience working as an FLT Driver - ESSENTIAL
  • Full in-date  Counterbalance FLT license - BENEFICIAL 
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
