Job Role: As a CAD Technician, you will produce CAD drawings, GIS mapping, 3D models and photomontages for UK infrastructure developments. The CAD Technician will create GIS-based planning maps and Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV) maps while supporting planners in securing planning permission. You will also travel to development sites across the UK to capture photography and measure existing features for accurate 3D modelling within a busy and dynamic environment.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Experience producing CAD drawings, 3D visualisations and GIS maps.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • The successful CAD Technician will be able to work effectively within a collaborative planning team.

Job Role: As a Production Operative (Wet Spray Painting), you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of metal components used within the construction sector. You will also operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move materials safely around site and support other departments where required.
