Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known dealership in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to work in their office in Shrewsbury

Due to a request from the hiring manager we are looking for people who have experience within an Automotive dealership, or Customer Service Desk experience within the Retail industry, please apply if you have this experience.

For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering:

  1. 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
  2. Starting salary of £20,000 per annum (D.O.E)
  3. Uncapped bonus estimate OTE £3,000
  4. £30 per in house service plan sold
  5. Permanent position
  6. 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  7. Company pension plan

The role - Customer Service Advisor:

  1. Processing customer orders
  2. Liaising between internal manufacturing departments
  3. Responsible for booking in cars for scheduled maintenance and services
  4. Sell service and extended warranty plans
  5. Answering the telephone
  6. Sending internal and external emails
  7. Managing customer expectations
  8. Completing sales admin paperwork

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:

  1. Previous experience within the Dealership or Retail industry - ESSENTIAL
  2. Ability to work in a very busy customer service office
  3. Excellent written and oral English skills
  4. Strong computer literacy
