Production Worker

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for Production Workers to work in their leading facility in Telford.

We have vacancies available on the following shift patterns;

Permanent morning shifts (6:00 AM - 14:15 PM)
Permanent afternoon shifts (13:00 PM - 22:00PM)

You will be working a standard 38.75 hour working week, overtime is paid at T1/3 and there is plenty of overtime available should you wish to work extra hours.

For the successful Production Workers our client is offering;

1. Temporary-Permanent position for the right person
2. Permanent morning or afternoon shifts with an early finish on a Friday (38.75 hour working week)
3. Basic pay rate of £10.00 - £11.25 per hour (PAYE)
4. £48.50 shift allowance per week when working the afternoon shift
5. Overtime available at T1/3 - after 38.75 hours worked in the week, T1/2 paid for any hours worked on the weekend

The Role of the Production Workers will include:

1. Working with stainless steel
2. Manufacturing tanks and boilers
3. Daily use of hand and power tools
4. Mechanical assembly
5. Manual handling
6. Carrying out repairs

What our client is looking for in a Production Worker;

1. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
