What our client is offering for a successful Administrator:

  • Salary of £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 09:00am - 16:00pm 
  • Permanent position
  • Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension
The Role - Administrator:
  • Diary management
  • Liaise with customers with regard to their invoice queries
  • Process high volumes of numerical data
  • In-bound / out-bound calls
  • Offer internal and external customer services to suppliers, customers and other departments to assist with enquiries regarding invoices and payments
What our client is looking for in an Administrator:
  • Administration experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Exposure working with invoices and supplier invoicing - ESSENTIAL
  • Customer Service - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous accounts, payroll, invoicing or finance experience - DESIREABLE

The Role of the Customer Service Administrator;
  • Monitor customer deliveries, including the confirmation of delivery and ETA’s
  • Daily scanning and filing of Proof of Deliveries (POD’s)
  • Independently and effectively handling any customer complaints

  • Running the weekly customer invoices
  • Checking purchase invoices

The role - Payroll Manager :

  • Responsible for processing Weekly and Monthly payroll for up to 1500 members of staff
  • Ensure that all HMRC submissions are made, payroll reconciliations carried out and all legislative timescales are adhered to
  • Manage 1 staff member in the payroll department
  • Deal with payroll queries from employees from the group
  • Calculate deductions and apply attachment of earnings where instructed be regulatory bodies
  • Ensure accurate calculation of overtime and employee hours / timesheets

What our client is looking for in a Payroll Manager :

  • Experience as a payroll manager for a larger organisation - ESSENTIAL
  • Evidence of conducting weekly and monthly payroll as part of current role - ESSENTIAL 
  • People Management experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of Crown and People XD software - DESIREABLE  
  • Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
