For the successful Recruitment Consultant we are offering:

1. £22-£29k Basic Salary DOE
2. Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm
3. Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
4. Hybrid working – 3 days in the office  
5. Every 2^nd Friday off
6. Take your birthday off – on us!
7. 18 days + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service

The Role Recruitment Consultant

1. Developing existing contracts
2. New Business Development
3. Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
4. Negotiating and closing deals
5. Converting & maximising all revenue possibilities
6. Liaising with the resourcing team

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant

1. A highly motivated individual with a proven billing background - ESSENTIAL 
2. Minimum 1-year within Recruitment sales – ESSENTIAL
3. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
4. Strong PC skills
5. Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL
