For the successful Stock Controller our client is offering: i. £19,000 to £21,000 per annum DOE ii. 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm finish on Fridays iii. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, this increases with service iv. Entry into the company profit bonus scheme once service time qualified v. Company Pension Scheme
The role of a Stock Controller: i. General administration including raising work sheets, maintaining factory paperwork, raising packing lists for despatch ii. Assist with goods in operations including signing for deliveries, quality checking and inspecting products, entering invoices into SAGE iii. Assist with purchasing operations including requesting quotes & lead times, placing POs with suppliers, confirming order progression and delivery dates iv. General ad-hoc administration duties v. Ensure that all stationary & canteen supplies are maintained
What our client is looking for in a Stock Controller: i. Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL ii. Previous experience in an administration role iii. Excellent knowledge of MS Office iv. Previous experience with SAGE and Microsoft Access - DESIRABLE v. Willing to assist with manual handling work
