Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Support Executive to work in their leading facility in Stokenchurch.

For the successful Customer Support Executive our client is offering:

  1. Annual salary of £22,000 - £24,0000
  2. 8.30AM - 17.00 pm Monday to Friday
  3. Permanent position
  4. Annual Bonus, Pension and Healthcare plan  
  5. 23 days holiday raising to 25 days after 5 years service (plus bank holidays with Buying scheme)
  6. Free on site parking 

The role - Customer Support Executive

  1. Loading Sales orders onto inhouse system 
  2. Providing support to sales team 
  3. Working with the warehouse team to ensure that customer orders are dispatched in an orderly and timely manner
  4. Ensure the correct customer pricing groups are set up and ready to use for all relevant regular marketing communications (eg, annual price list, new to range, or promotions)
  5. Booking all international shipments and load details onto the group dispatch tracker

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive;

  1. Previous Customer Service experience - ESSENTIAL
  2. Ability to work alone and as part of a team 
  3. You must be PC literate and competent on Microsoft packages
