Accounts Assistant

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading vehicle leasing company in their search for a an experienced Accounts Assistant to work from their vehicle showroom and head office facility in Leeds. 

For the successful Accounts Assistant our client is offering:

• £24,000 to £26,000 p/annum
• Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
• Permanent Role
• Benefits: Company Car Packages Available, Quarterly Bonus (profit share), 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Onsite Parking, state of the art canteen with dart board and staff privacy facilities 

The role - Accounts Assistant : 

• Work administratively within the finance and accounting team
• Responsible for invoicing and managing reconciliation
• support the ledger administration 
• Liaise with customers regarding their invoices
• Continuous development and training for the purpose of the role 

What our client is looking for in a Accounts Assistant:

• Experience gained from an accounts or finance role previously - ESSENTIAL
• AAT Part Qualified or Equivalent - DESIREABLE
• Numerate - ESSENTIAL
• Study Support Available after 2-3 years in post
• Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger / Invoicing knowledge - ESSENTIAL
