Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client - a market leading UK Travel Operator in their search for Customer Service Executives to join their busy and fast paced team in Chester

For the successful Customer Service Executives; our client are offering:
i. £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
ii. Working 5 out of 7 days (Rota'd) - 39 hours per week
iii. Operating hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Saturday, 10am - 6pm Sunday
iv. Permanent position
v. 20 days holiday per annum + Statutory days
vi. Discounted Travel for staff and family members

The role - Customer Service Executives:
i. Working for a market leading UK Based Travel company
ii. Chase relevant suppliers for documentation/confirmation
iii. Ensure telephone enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements
iv. Handle incoming calls from Agents regarding documentation and Admin queries
v. Action daily booking queues

What our client are looking for in their Customer Service Executives:
i. Customer Service Experience in a fast-paced office environment
ii. Excellent telephone manner
iii. Great attention to detail and accuracy
iv. Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
v. Previous travel industry knowledge DESIRABLE
