Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Electrician to work across the North West area.

For the successful Maintenance Electrician our client is offering:
  • Up to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
  • 40 Hours per week (Day shifts) Overtime available 
  • Permanent Position
  • Company vehicle and mobile phone/tablet
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Paid travel pay (Door to door)
The role – Maintenance Electrician:
  • Responding to service calls
  • Test, service, and repair a wide variety of equipment
  • Fault Finding & breakdown work
  • Offer Advice and technical support to customers
  • Reporting directly to the technical services manager
  • Working on three-phase electrical systems
  • Working with a range of mechanical & HVAC systems
What our client is looking for in an Maintenance Electrician:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - ESSENTIAL
  • City & Guilds 2391: Or an equivalent qualification in Testing & Inspection - ESSENTIAL
  • 18th Edition Electrical Qualification: Up-to-date certification required - ESSENTIAL
  • JIB approved electrician - BENEFICIAL
  • Previous experience with electrical test & inspection - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience in FM or building management services - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working with HVAC systems - BENEFICIAL
