What we can offer – Customer Advisors:

1. £19,760 to £24,000 Basic Salary DOE
2. Uncapped Commission Structure - paying our best resourcers in excess of £400.00 per month of commission
3. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
4. Every 2^nd Friday off

The Role – Customer Advisors:

1. Helping source candidates for job vacancies via social media and relevant recruiting job advertising boards
2. Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form)
3. Facilitating job placements
4. Following company procedures and enforcing GDPR with candidates
5. Answering and making large volumes of calls
6. Working towards KPI’s and deadlines.
7. Using internal recruitment systems

The Ideal Candidate – Customer Advisors:

1. A highly motivated individual with previous recruitment or customer service experience – ESSENTIAL
2. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
3. A valid Driving license
4. Strong PC skills
5. Process Driven

Wrexham, Chester, Deeside, Ellesmere Port, Oswestry
