Production Operator

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading FMCG company in their search for a Production Operator to work from their leading facility in Whitchurch.

For the successful Production Operator, our client is offering;

• £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday 5 am - 3 pm, must be flexible with the shift, sometimes you will have an early finish, sometimes expected to stay behind
• Plenty of overtime available 
• Working for an award winning company 
• Temp to Perm
• Free Parking

The Role of the Production Operator;

• Working in a busy Production/Packing environment
• Heavy lifting 
• Working on a line
• Doing quality and integrity checks every 15 minutes
• Packing products 
• Administration
• Operating Production Machinery
• Working to a strict clean-as-you-go policy

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator;

• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Experience working on a production line- ESSENTIAL
• A good level of written and verbal English is required 
• Production or quality experience
• A good work ethic
• Clean and presentable
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
