FLT Driver

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading distribution company in their search for Experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work in their leading facility on the outskirts of Telford

Due to the location, you MUST have transport or you MUST be able to get to the site

Your Counterbalance license MUST have been refreshed in the last 3-5 years

Please be aware this is outdoor work 

For the successful FLT Drivers our client is offering;

1. Temporary - Permanent position
2. Rotating 6-2 / 2-10 shift patterns, currently working 6-2 / 10am 6pm Monday to Friday
3. Starting rate of 9.00 per hour 
4. Free parking
5. Overtime paid at 1.5 premium after 40 hours have been completed in the week

The Role of the FLT Driver;

1. Load and dispatch parts within the yard
2. Unload/load HGV's when they are on site
3. Liaising with the HGV drivers 
4. Picking orders from the designated areas with picking sheets
5. Daily use of a forklift truck
6. Following health & safety guidelines whilst on site
7. Manual handling and manual work should the forklift trucks all be in use

What our client is looking for in an FLT Driver;

1. You must hold a current Counterbalance license
2. Previous experience in a similar role
