Due to continued expansion, we require an Experienced Payroll Administrator to join our fast growing team based in Wrexham
As the Payroll Administrator , you will be reporting to the Accounts and Payroll Manager, providing financial and administrative support to the business.
For the successful Payroll Administrator we are offering:
- Great basic Salary 18,000 to 21,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5.30pm, but a degree of flexibility is required in this

The Role: Payroll Administrator
- Sending out timesheets to customers
- Coordinating the collection of completed timesheets from clients
- Checking timesheets have been completed correctly
- Checking candidates bank details are correct
- Data entry of sensitive information into payroll software
- Quality checking registration forms of active candidates
- Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the relevant person
- Taking messages from clients
- To assist in the filing and chasing of Agency Workers Regulation (AWR) paperwork in conjunction with the consultant
- Office filing
- Learning how to deal with pay queries
- Learning how to balance invoices
What we are looking for in a Payroll Administrator
- Minimum of 3 years experience, within a similar role ESSENTIAL
- Strong IT skills - particularly Excel and Invoicing Software ESSENTIAL
- Dealing with deadlines and numerous tasks with internal and external customers
- Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
