For the successful Administrator our client is offering;
  • Salary £23,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Hybrid, Work from Home Monday & Thursday)
  • Permanent
  • Company-funded social events, trips away, Pension, Annual leave including bank holidays, Hybrid 
The Role of the Administrator ;
  • Checking right to work documentation for the release of funds and invoices on a commercial level
  • Liaise with businesses and agencies around compliance checking for the processing of invoices and pay-outs
  • Ensure all right to work documentation is GDPR compliant and meets regulations 
  • Updating agencies on contractors registration process and informing them of any issues
  • Assisting contractors with general queries regarding our services via telephone or email
What our client is looking for in a Administrator ;

  • Previous customer service & administration skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working in a compliance led, right to work, or employment agency environment - DESIREABLE
  • Knowledge of Payroll PAYE Processes or invoice factoring - DESIREABLE
