Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading distributor of industrial goods in their search for a Parts Administrator to work in their Oswestry based depot.
For the successful Parts Administrator our client is offering:
i. £18,000 to £22,000 per annum
ii. 8 - 5 or 8.30 - 5.30, Monday - Friday
iii. Temp to perm
iv. Free parking.
The role - Parts Advisor:
i. Being the first point of contact for existing business customers.
ii. Handling incoming calls from customers who are ordering replacement parts.
iii. Liaising between Customers, warehouse and external delivery partners to manage expectations of delivery times.
iv. Data imputing into Excel spreadsheets.
v. Raising sales orders and generating pick lists.
What our client is looking for in a Parts Administrator:
i. Previous experience in a similar role
ii. Great customer service skills and telephone manner.
iii. Strong computer literacy skills in Excel and Word.
iv. Business administration qualification.
v. Experience of using Sage or another order processing system is desirable.
