Credit Controller

We are looking for a part-time or full-time Credit Controller to join our highly experienced Accounts Team. The role will be based in Pandy, near Wrexham.

The Role – Credit Controller

1. Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales, agreeing on payment terms in consultation with line manager.
2. Working with a range of programs including in house CRM and Xero to reconcile customer accounts
3. Compiling and distributing debtor reports
4. Helping compile legal packs for solicitors
5. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Directors

The Ideal Candidate – Credit Controller

1. Experience in credit control – ESSENTIAL
2. Previous experience using software
3. An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
4. Understanding of compliance
5. Process Driven with excellent PC skills
