Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued expansion, we require an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fast growing team based in Wrexham

We are interested in speaking to Consultants who have exposure to the current market place, whether that is in a specific market sector or in a more generalist role. You must be keen to progress, earn more money and gain a better work life balance.

The position is different to most Recruitment roles as we do not operate a 360 recruitment model, you will have the support of a strong and growing team of Recruitment Resourcers, meaning you can stay focused on Business Development with clients, while you are meeting customers the Resourcing team are working on your vacancies.

This method of work allows our current consultants to bill up to 30k in a month in peek periods and an annual figure of circa 200k without working ridiculous hours. 

For the successful Recruitment Consultant we are offering:

1. Negotiable Basic Dependant upon Experience
2. A very competitive basic salary and great commission structure

6. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, a degree of flexibility is required in this
7. An excellent structured training program
8. Uncapped Commission Structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm

The Role Recruitment Consultant

1. Developing existing contracts and converting new clients and business relationships within the Engineering, Manufacturing and Professional market place
2. Negotiating and closing business deals
3. Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form)
4. Leading the way with progressive technology within the marketplace
5. Issuing contracts, generating and completing all associated paperwork in line with current legislation

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant

1. A highly motivated individual with a proven billing background - ESSENTIAL 
2. Account management of large volume contracts  - DESIRABLE 
3. Can display a sound knowledge of Engineering and/or Manufacturing sectors
4. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
5. Strong PC skills with strong organisational skills
6. Valid Driving licence - ESSENTIAL
