The role - Account Manager:

The Role - Design Manager

  • Develop & compile documentation for inclusion within the contractor’s proposals or scope deviations.
  • Assist in the commercial and technical review of specialist subcontract tender returns.
  • Provide construction-conscious direction and instruction to the Architectural & MEP Design team during the different RIBA stages.

  • Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.01 Per Hour
  • 3 shift patterns available:
  • Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm (12.71ph) 
  • Monday - Friday Days 6am - 6pm (£12.96ph)
  • Monday - Thursday Nights 6pm - 6am (£14.01 per hour)

The Role - FLT Driver:

  • Loading and unloading of a wide variety of materials
  • Moving goods from one place to another
  • Performing daily maintenance and safety checks
  • Maintaining a clean, unobstructed work area, and report any health or safety issues to supervisors
  • Handballing and other warehouse duties
  • Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.

What we are looking for in a FLT Driver:

  • Previous experience working as an FLT Driver - ESSENTIAL
  • Full in-date  Counterbalance FLT license - BENEFICIAL 
  • Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.

What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in fabrication or welding or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification
  • Current or previous codings in MIG or TIG welding BENEFICIAL
  • Minimum of 3-5 years post apprentice experience in a related industry
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, produce cutting lists, then produce fabrications unaided
  • Competent in the use of workshop machinery - saws, grinders, drills etc.
  • Previous experience with Pipe welding/ Pipefitting BENEFICIAL
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS/ CCNSG or equivalent BENEFICIAL
  • Previous experience in a similar role covering both workshop and site work
