Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing / Engineering company in their search for a Service Advisor to work in their leading facility in Dudley.

Job Title: Service Advisor

To Liaise with customer service partners to provide a consistently high level of service and be able to respond and adapt in a demanding commercial environment.

For the successful Service Advisor our client is offering:

1. £24,000 Per Annum
2. Day’s position
3. Monday to Thursday 8 45 AM to 5.00 PM and Friday 8 00 AM to 4.30 PM - 7:30 am starts and 5pm Friday finish to be done on a rota basis 
4. Permanent position 
5. Immediate interviews/starts available (Also willing to wait for notice periods)
6. Ongoing training and future development
7. Death in service
8. Company Pension
9. Heath Care scheme

The role – of Service Advisor:

To assist with warranty claim processing in line with agreed requirements and expectations and including the following duties:

1. Processing service orders via the internal digital platform.
2. Liaising with external customers
3. Vetting service jobs for accuracy.
4. Running and maintaining service work in progress.
5. Liaising with the Hiab service Network .
6. Requesting and managing service jobs with the service network
7. This is a very busy call centre environment 

What our client is looking for in a Service Advisor:

1. Experience in providing excellent warranty/customer service,
2. Experience of working in a fast-paced call centre environment would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given 
3. Industry experience is desirable but not essential 
4. SAP system knowledge would be preferable but is not essential.
5. Possess good I.T. skills, including MS Office.
6. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Be confident and comfortable interfacing with other departments and stakeholders.
8. Be self-motivated, capable of working under pressure, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
9. Be a good team player and flexible with regards to tasks performed

The Service Advisor position is Commutable from:

Shrewsbury, Telford, Shropshire, Birmingham, Dudley, West Brom, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Midlands, West Midlands
