 For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

1. Starting salary £18,720 P/A (This will continue to rise after training)
2. After Training the salary will rise to £21.000 P/A
3. Once fully qualified and length of service there is a potential to earn £36.500 P/A 
4. Permanent Position 
5. Overtime available (ALL PAID AT DOUBLE TIME)

1. 3-week Rotation shift (Including days and nights) 12-hour shifts (NO WEEKENDS)
2. 4.5% Company pension contribution
3. 3x Death In Service
4. Regular health and wellbeing appointments with a variety of health providers including Occupational Health Nurse, Podiatrist and Physiotherapist

8. Over the course of 3 weeks, you will only be required to work 9 shifts (5 days and 4 nights)

 The role: Production Operative:

1. Provide full support and assistance to the skilled machinists 
2. Manual Handling weights of approximately 25kg x 5 per hour per shift
3. Full training on all machinery 

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

1. Experience within a production environment is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given.
2. Basic PC skills would be desirable 
3. Full training will be provided
