Production Supervisor

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for 2 Production Supervisors to work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

We are looking for 2 people who have experience with managing a team of Powder Coaters and have previously done Powder Coating themselves.

We are looking for 2 Powder Coating Supervisors, 1 on days and 1 on nights.

The person who will work nights will be required to train on days for the first 8-12 weeks before moving onto nights.

For the successful Production Supervisor our client is offering:

i. Temporary-Permanent position
ii. Day shift or permanent night shift available - 39 hours per week
iii. Salary dependant on experience
v. Free parking

The Role - Production Supervisor:

i. Allocation of work to up to 8 staff
ii. Day to day management of the Paint Plant
iii. Monitoring & maintaining Quality Control
iv. Getting involved within the Powder Coating process
v. Following a production schedule

What our client is looking for in a Production Supervisor:

i. Previous experience within Powder Coating - ESSENTIAL
ii. Previous experience with managing a team of Sprayers within a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
